Booking information: if you schedule through Aesthetic Record, Aesthetic Record collects the information you enter (such as name, email, phone, and appointment time) and shares it with us so we can provide the requested service.

Automatically collected information: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location, and similar technical data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Advertising and analytics data: identifiers and event data used to measure website traffic and advertising performance, including Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel, cookies, and conversion tracking.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide consultations and treatments, send appointment-related communications, operate and improve this website, keep our clinic secure, and comply with legal and professional obligations.

We also use information for marketing and advertising, including showing relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), measuring whether our ads are effective, and building audiences (including retargeting people who visited this site, where permitted). We do not use health or treatment details from your clinical file to target ads.

4. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site (we request IP anonymization where supported). When we run Meta advertising campaigns, Meta technologies (including the Meta Pixel and related cookies) may collect information about your visit—such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, and conversion events—and associate it with your Meta account if you are logged in.

These tools allow Meta and us to measure ad performance, limit how often you see ads, and show ads that may be more relevant. 6. Transfers outside Quebec and Canada

Some providers (including Google, Meta, and Aesthetic Record) may store or process information in the United States or other countries. Those jurisdictions may have different privacy laws. We use these services because they are needed to run our website, bookings, analytics, and advertising.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including appointment records, legal and professional record-keeping, and resolving inquiries. Advertising and analytics data is retained according to the settings of those platforms and our business needs.
